Sub-Contractor Screening Process

Below you will find Queue One Home Services' Sub-Contractor Screening Process. We believe that investing time into vetting our network of sub-contractors is the greatest filter for eliminating contractor woes.

Overview

The process detailed below is to be completed for all of Queue One Home Services’ sub-contractors prior to them performing services at a Q1HS project site.

Procedure

Sub-Contractor Screening Process

  1. Send Contractor Contact Form (the form must be completed and returned for the sub-contractor to be moved onto the next phase of the screening process).

  2. Record received information.

  3. Advance the vetting procedure by engaging in interviews with the references listed.

  4. Request the sub-contractor to bid out a project.

  5. If Q1HS awards them the project, craft and send the Contractor’s Project Plan & Agreement document (signing of the document is required before they can work on a project site).

  6. At a minimum, all sub-contractors must be accompanied by a Project Lead member of Queue One Home Services during their first outing at a Q1HS project site – a sub-contractor will not be left unattended at a client’s project site unless a member of Queue One Home Services that has worked with the sub-contractor can endorse their workmanship and behavior.
