Sub-Contractor Screening Process
Below you will find Queue One Home Services' Sub-Contractor Screening Process. We believe that investing time into vetting our network of sub-contractors is the greatest filter for eliminating contractor woes.
Overview
The process detailed below is to be completed for all of Queue One Home Services’ sub-contractors prior to them performing services at a Q1HS project site.
Procedure
Sub-Contractor Screening Process
Send Contractor Contact Form (the form must be completed and returned for the sub-contractor to be moved onto the next phase of the screening process).
Record received information.
Advance the vetting procedure by engaging in interviews with the references listed.
Request the sub-contractor to bid out a project.
If Q1HS awards them the project, craft and send the Contractor’s Project Plan & Agreement document (signing of the document is required before they can work on a project site).
At a minimum, all sub-contractors must be accompanied by a Project Lead member of Queue One Home Services during their first outing at a Q1HS project site – a sub-contractor will not be left unattended at a client’s project site unless a member of Queue One Home Services that has worked with the sub-contractor can endorse their workmanship and behavior.
