Financial Capability

Laborer Wages, Material Expenses, & Financial Assistance

If the Project Plan states that you and your company will be responsible for any material and/or laborer wages, you will be expected to meet your commitments. Your inability to cover certain project-related costs (e.g., laborer wages, material expenses, and permit application fees) does not immediately disqualify you from working on a Q1HS project. To avoid loss of compensation from Q1HS for your work, please notify us if you’re in need of financial intervention prior to the start of the project. Failure to notify Q1HS of a change of ability to meet your financial commitments could result in uncompensated termination from the project. If, at any point during the project, you or your company lose the ability to meet your financial commitments, penalties or termination of the contract could be assessed.

Contracting Company Agreement

Signing this agreement legally activates all the statements below. Let it be known that Queue One Home Services, LLC in no way seeks to exploit the contract stipulations below: our goal is to build flexible, symbiotic, and constructive relationships that cultivate the betterment of both parties. The legal protections below are just that, protections. We are willing to adjust and will always seek the route that will best guide our mutual client, your business entity, and our corporation through any and every circumstance.

If you decide to embark on a project with Queue One Home Services, LLC, join us in fostering the sentiment conveyed in this Bible verse:

Ecclesiastes 5:5, NLT: "It is better to say nothing than to make a promise and not keep it."

  1. All the project tasks detailed in the Project Plan above must be completed prior to compensation being distributed for work performed by the contracting company you are signing for. If, as detailed in the Project Plan above, your company is set to receive multiple payments from Q1HS, that plan will be fulfilled as the contracting company meets its obligations for each phase of the Project Plan.

  2. Signing this document waives your company’s right to file a Mechanics’ Lien before a project has started, during a project, or after payment has been received for the project work not completed, partially completed, or fully completed by your contracting company.

  3. Queue One Home Services, LLC commits to compensating your contracting company for project work that has been fully completed as requested by Q1HS or Q1HS’ client.

  4. If Queue One Home Services, LLC is required to complete work that was originally agreed to be completed by your contracting company, Q1HS reserves the right to deduct $80/hour for each hour of work completed by Q1HS from the contracting company’s total compensation amount.

  5. Signing this document asserts that the company you represent is adequately insured for the services provided.

  6. If your contracting company is found responsible for damages to a client’s reputation or property, you will be expected to resolve the matter. Queue One Home Services, LLC commits to being a supportive liaison if such a circumstance comes about.

  7. If your company requests to make a change to the Project Plan, the adjustment must be first sent to Queue One Home Services, LLC, approved internally, then ratified by Q1HS’ client.

  8. We understand that material availability and delivery times can often cause and create delays on a project: Queue One Home Services, LLC commits to being an advocate for your contracting company in such circumstances. We do, however, request that you make Q1HS aware of any delays you may encounter, of material nature or other, as soon as you and your contracting company receive notice from a vendor. Failure to update Q1HS of such events within 24-hours of receiving notice from your vendor could result in one or more compensation penalties or contract termination.

  9. If your contracting company does not begin the project tasks you have agreed to complete (see Project Plan) within 7-days of the project commencement date outlined in the Project Plan above, Queue One Home Services, LLC will deduct 10% of the compensation amount the contracting company has agreed to offer their services for. In addition to this penalty, another 5% will be deducted for each subsequent day (after the 7th day) that the project has yet to be initiated.

  10. 10. If your contracting company does not complete the project tasks you have agreed to complete (see Project Plan) within 3-days of the originally planned project completion date, Queue One Home Services, LLC will deduct 10% of the compensation amount the contracting company has agreed to offer their services for. In addition to this penalty, another 5% will be deducted for each subsequent day (after the 3rd day) that the project has not reached completion.

  11. If at any point Queue One Home Services, LLC is unable to reach a representative of your contracting company 24-hours after Q1HS’ initial inquiry, Q1HS has the right to terminate the service agreement outlined in this document.

  12. Queue One Home Services, LLC reserves the right to dismiss your contracting company from the project site at any time. If your contracting company is dismissed, you will be compensated for the project tasks that have been fully completed. Q1HS commits to honoring agreements and parting in peace: if partially completed work can be immediately leveraged into furthering the progress of a project without having to undo any of the work that has been performed, Q1HS will determine a fair compensation amount for the incomplete (but started) project tasks.
